This fabric is durable, with features like water resistance, stain resistance, and mold and mildew resistance, enhanced by a Teflon EcoElite finish. It is heavyweight at 9.3 oz/sq. yard, making it ideal for demanding outdoor use while also being breathable and easy to clean. The fabric is UV-resistant and fire-resistant, meeting standards such as NFPA 260 and CA Technical Bulletin 117.
