This luxurious water-repellent fabric is mildew resistant and excels in weather resistance, making it ideal for outdoor use. Its fade-resistant properties and UV resistance ensure long-lasting vibrant colors. Being heat-sealable with seam seal tape, it offers convenient installation. The fabric meets California Technical Bulletin 117 standards for flame resistance and features tear and tensile strengths rated by ASTM standards. With its 9 oz per square yard weight, it is both durable and easy to work with, suitable for both professional and DIY projects.
