Sample of Mayer Apollo Silicone Bark SAP-010 Upholstery Fabric offers a practical way to assess the high-performance qualities of this commercial grade material featuring a 45% SiO silicone face and 55% polyester backing. This 54-inch wide fabric weighs 28 oz. per linear yard and resists abrasion with a Wyzenbeek rating exceeding 225,000 double rubs, ensuring durability for automotive interiors and contract upholstery. The Bark colorway exhibits excellent colorfastness to light for 500 hours and crocking with a minimum Class 4 rating. It meets rigorous flammability standards including Cal TB 117-2013 and ASTM E84 Class 2, and is GREENGUARD certified and PVC free. Suitable for indoor, outdoor, atrium, healthcare, and hospitality applications, this sample allows verification of texture and color fidelity before committing to upholstery projects demanding stain resistance, seam slippage strength, and long-lasting wear.
