It's mildew resistant, anti-bacterial, and anti-microbial, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Meets stringent flammability standards including CA Technical Bulletin 117-2013. Ideal for automotive, healthcare, hospitality, office, and residential applications. Its cold crack resistance to -10°F and flame retardant properties make it suitable for diverse environments.
