A relatively thin, lightweight fabric, Ferrari Soltis Air® is specifically designed for retractable awning applications. It can be horizontally or vertically welded or vertically sewn because of its weight and thickness. Due to its inherent micro-aeration, absorbed heat is released and air is allowed to flow through and around the awning, eliminating that stuffy feeling beneath it. The fabric's natural citronella scent delicately perfumes the area beneath the awning as it works to naturally repel insects. Made with the exclusive Ferrari patented Précontraint® process, Soltis Air is dimensionally stable, flexible in extreme cold, and highly resistant to the dangers of windy conditions.
