eCentral Stores Inc has done its best to make ordering as simple and quick as possible. Our flexible and inexpensive shipping policies have continually gained rave reviews from the online community.

Ordering Policies

For your convenience, eCentral Stores Inc offers the following easy ordering options:

1. You can place your order directly on the World Wide Web via our Super-Fast, Easy, and Secure Shopping Cart System. This site is Secured by Thawte, with up to 256 SSL (Secured Socket Layer), giving you the maximum amount of security for your privacy.

  • Simply click on the "Add to Cart" Button next to the product you select, your shopping cart will be automatically updated with the item you selected and the sales total.
  • You can continue to shop at your convenience or proceed directly to checkout at any time simply by clicking the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the cart.
  • You can also adjust, add to, subtract from, or delete your order at any time in the full cart view page.
  • Our Shopping Cart system uses double-layered encryption technology to insure that online ordering is completely secure and private.

Checks:

You can send us a check as payment as well, although all checks must clear before we ship your order, please send us a letter stating the products you would like to order. And include your check made payable to:

Checks drawn in US Funds:

In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment - allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns/Refund Policy

Order Cancellation :

  • Refunds will be completed, in 10 - 15 Business days.
  • If you need to cancel an order the same day it is placed please contact Customer Service during normal business hours 8:30am-4pm EST at 1-866-516-0941.
  • Cancellation of shipped orders will incur a 25% restocking charge for unopened merchandise, returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment.
  • Freight charges paid or accumulated by eCentral Stores inc. are not refundable, (if an order received free shipping and the order is returned, shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded).
  • Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Note:

  • Refunds for dollar amounts over $50.00 USD will be issued, but for orders totaling under $50.00 USD, a store coupon will be issued.
  • All claims for damaged, defective or inaccurate orders must be presented to eCentral Stores within 10 days.
  • No claims on fabric will be allowed, whether the goods are conforming or not, if the goods have been cut.

Damages: Do not open or remove the packaging**

eCentral Stores Inc. and our affiliated warehouses make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to eCentral Stores Inc within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box as received. We will replace any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Returns:

Please, call us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.

  • No returns accepted without a prior return authorization. All authorized returns without fault of eCentral Stores Inc. will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus freight both ways.
  • No piece less than 5 (5) yards will be accepted
  • Refunds will be completed, in 10 - 15 Business days.
  • Merchandise must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit, which means un-opened and undamaged.
  • Only unused fabric and or merchandise will qualify for credit, cut yardage or open merchandise will not be excepted.
  • All fabric must be rolled, not folded.
  • A credit less 25% restocking charge will be issued for unopened, uncut merchandise authorized for return within 10 days of your receipt of shipment.
  • Freight charges paid or accumulated by eCentral Stores inc. are not refundable, (if an order received free shipping and the order is returned, shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded).
  • Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • You as the customer are responsible for all shipping fees on returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete ship to address.
  • Our free shipping policy is only valid on orders that provide the correct and complete shipping address.

Defective Merchandise: Do not cut your fabric order or use your merchandise for fabrication prior to measuring or checking for defects**

The defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days to eCentral Stores Inc. Upon notification we will issue a UPS call tag for the defective merchandise. Once we determine whether the fabric is defective a 25% order cancellation fee applies to canceled orders of defective product(s).

In Accurate Orders: Do not cut your fabric order or use your merchandise for fabrication prior to measuring or checking for accuracy ( For orders that are not cut to the yardage you ordered ) **

eCentral Stores Inc. and our affiliated warehouses make every effort to check all orders for accuracy and proper quantities, but we understand that sometimes mistakes are made. Inaccurate orders must be reported to eCentral Stores Inc within 10 days of receipt. Only uncut fabric and unopened merchandise will qualify for and exchange or additional replacement.

Backorders:

Typically every item we sell is stocked.

  • Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we sell, occasionally we may run out of certain products.
  • In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available.
  • Additional shipping charges could be incurred for these partial shipments.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be completed, in 10 - 15 Business days.
  • All authorized refunds or exceptions made to the above policies will be credited to the billing card used at the time of ordering, only if the credit amount is over $50.00 USD.
  • All authorized refunds that are under $50.00 USD will be issued a store credit in the form of a coupon, to be used within one year of the store credit issue date.

Shipping Policies

Domestic orders are shipped by UPS within 24 - 48 hours from order placement. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO or FPO addresses so if you require shipment to a PO Box or military APO or FPO address contact us. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless special arrangements are made and additional charges are applied. Every possible effort is made to ship orders received by phone before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time the same day.

  • Re-routing or change of address requests once an item has shipped will incur a $15.00 fee
  • Shipments which are undeliverable will be charged the actual shipping rate upon reshipment
  • For overnight, 2-day, or other shipping methods, please call or e-mail us for exact shipping dates.
  • For destinations in Alaska and Hawaii, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
  • Most packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.
  • Sample orders are shipped via the US Postal Service regular mail. Please note, PO Box address are okay to use for sample orders.

International Shipping

We will ship products anywhere in the world! (See restrictions below). We will gladly accept and process your credit card or Check drawn in US Funds through a US bank and made out to " eCentral Stores Inc." International Shipping Charges:

Shipping products internationally can be expensive depending on the weight and destination of the package.

As an estimate, International Shipping charges are often roughly twice the rate of Domestic Shipping charges (though this of course varies). Packages sent to Canada or Mexico are often considerably less expensive than those sent overseas.

For a more exact estimate of your actual shipping charges, sales at outdoortextiles dot com with the product(s) you're interested in and also include your home address prior to placing your order.

International Shipping Restrictions:

1. We will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions , or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

3. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund.

4. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package plus a $20.00 international processing fee. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, or personal check drawn on US bank.

5. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
